Choose from a 6 or 8 week therapeutic package designed to start shifting your experience of pain immediately. These short-term programs can be a cost-effective, structured way to start the process, providing tools for recovery from chronic pain right away. In each program you’ll receive:

  • Re-patterning pain processes

  • Emotional processing to support ongoing healing

Live workshops

Sign up to attend my live workshops, which focus on pain education and exploring different practical strategies for treating chronic pain. These workshops differ from therapy and are non-clinical in nature, empowering participants through education and skill-building. I offer workshops at a range of price points to provide greater accessibility to chronic pain support.

2026 Workshop dates to be released soon! Please reach out to katie@movingmindtherapy.com for updates, or check back here in early 2026.
